Grace E. Brasher

Grace E. Mitchell-Brasher, 90, of Gravelly, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Saturday July 28, 2012 at Mitchell Nursing Home in Danville, Arkansas. She was a loving mother, grandmother and a wonderful Godly woman.

Grace is survived by one daughter Norma and husband Rod Rupe of Gravelly, Ar., two grandchildren; David and wife Melissa Rupe of Prairie Grove, Ar., Teresa Bourns of Atkins, Ar., seven great grandchildren; Autumn, Alyssa and Corbin Rupe, Juliana and Lauren Bourns, Tyress and Hannah Watkins. She is also survived by one sister Lil Robinson of Little Rock, Ar., one stepdaughter Loretta Watkins of Greenwood, Ar., two step great grandchildren; Wyatt and wife Debra Watkins of Tonitown, Ar., Laura Watkins of Ft. Smith, Ar and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Norman Mitchell, second husband Jeff Brasher, four brothers; Paul, Opal, Oral and Odas Hunnicutt and one sister Beulah Ball.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday July 31, 2012 at Gravelly Methodist Church with burial in the Parks Cemetery at Nola under the direction of Martin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Monday July 30, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home in Waldron, AR,

Pallbearers will be Phillip Robinson, Mike Robinson, Alan Hunnicutt, Kent Hunnicutt, Randy Hunnicutt, Bill Hunnicutt, Tyras Hale and Wyatt Watkins.

Donations can be made in her name to the Gravelly Methodist Church at 28853 Hwy 28 E. Gravelly, Arkansas 72838 or to Parks Cemetery at Nola, c/o JB Wagner 30301 Hwy 28 E. Gravelly, Arkansas 72838.
