Ruth C. Williams, 87, of Mansfield, Arkansas passed away at home on Thursday August 2, 2012.
Ruth is survived by two daughters; Violet Williams of Mansfield, Arkansas, Charlene Sudbury of Mansfield, Arkansas, one son Dewey Williams of Mansfield, Arkansas, 10 grandchildren; Lonene Turner, Karen Richardson, Tim Cothran, Amanda Cothran, Stephen Williams, Melissa Williams, John Beshears, William Barnes, Lori Hamel and Julie Howard, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, four sisters; Mary Ann Knox, Evelyn Williams, Betty Smith, Joyce Hattabaugh and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charley Williams, one daughter Kathy Cothran, one granddaughter Misty Turnipseed and her parents Lewis and Ora (Taylor) Metcalf.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Monday August 6, 2012 at Westside Huntington Pentecostal Church in Huntington, Arkansas with burial in the Carolan Cemetery under the direction of Martin Funeral Home in Mansfield, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be John Hamel, Hayden Hamel, Steve Hattabaugh, Mike Metcalf, David Smith and John Scantling.
